 Aims and scope

The main aim of the conference is to provide a forum for the sharing of new ideas and recent advances in human language processing and promote interdisciplinary co-operation between the research communities of computer science and linguistics from the Baltic countries and the rest of the world.

The conference is a follow-up of the 1st Baltic Conference on HUMAN LANGUAGE TECHNOLOGIES held in Riga, Latvia, April 21-22, 2004.

The conference programme includes invited talks and regular sessions with contributions selected by an international programme committee.

The Tutorials Day provides seven presentations on different topics in written and spoken language processing given by well-known scholars.
