The registration fee of the participant is 170 EUR and it covers the organization expenses, book of abstracts, 4 lunches, coffee breaks, welcome party, excursion with dinner and conference dinner. The registration fee of the accompanying person is 100 EUR and it covers welcome party, excursion with dinner, conference dinner and an additional excursion for accompanying persons.
The conference fee can be paid either by the bank transfer or by credit card. The deadline of the payment is May 10, 2012.

All bank charges must be paid by the remitter.
In order to pay with credit card do the following:
1. Inform us about your intent to pay with credit card sending a corresponding message to email@example.com. After that we will make an electronic invoice and send you an internet address of this invoice.
2. Check the data on the invoice. In case they are correct, click the button "Proceed to online card payment". After that you reach a page of card payments of Institute of Cybernetics (IoC).
3. In this page click on the button "Proceed to payment at NETS Estonia's web page". Then you reach the card payment environment where you have to insert card data and the card holder's name and authorise.
4. After the payment we suggest to click a button leading back to the e-shop (the page of IoC), in this case we see your payment immediately in our system.

All participants will receive a receipt that confirms the payment. If you have some special requests please do not hesitate to contact us.
Cancellations received prior to May 15, 2012 will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 15, 2012 will not be eligible for any refunds.
