ABSTRACT. In this communication the real-time control problem for serially
connected linear subsystems with no decision-making priorities is revisited. It
is supposed that every subsystem must have it's own local control loop and every
subsystem has access to the full information about the own state and the state
of all preceding subsystems. Two main cases are considered. First: the overall
goal of the system is to minimize the sum of local goals. And the second: every
subsystem minimizes it's own local goal independently from all other, so that in
the whole system the Nash equilibrium is established.
