Theory Days at Saka

Tallinna-Tartu vahelised arvutiteaduse teooriapäevad on 2002. a sügisel alustatud ettevõtmine, mille eesmärk on, et eesti teoreetilisema kallakuga arvutiteadlased aegajalt saaksid pisut kuulda üksteise tööst ning üksteiselt midagi uut õppida, sh. eriti kraadiõppurid nii kuulajate kui kõnelejatena.

Sarja kahekümne neljas üritus toimub Ida-Virumaal Saka mõisas 25.-27.10.2013 (reede lõunast pühapäeva lõunani). Teooriapäevi Sakal toetab Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fondi (ERDF) finantseeritav Eesti arvutiteaduse tippkeskus EXCS.

Meil on külalisi Helsingist.

Registreerimiseks saata email Liina Kammile aadressil kamm(at)ut.ee mitte hiljem kui reedeks 4.10.2013, märkida transpordivajadus, samuti saabumise, lahkumise aeg, kui tulek vaid osa-ajaks (NB! viimane on korraldajatele absoluutselt hädavajalik teave!).

The Estonian CS Theory Days started in 2002 and have been organized biannually since then. The main goal of the event is to let Estonian computer scientists of theoretical orientation to learn by hearing about the work of others. In particular, the main audience of the theory days are graduate students in the roles of both listeners and presenters.

The 24th Theory Days will be held at Saka manor in Ida-Viru county 25-27 October 2013 (from Friday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime). They are sponsored by the Estonian Centre of Excellence in Computer Science EXCS, which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

We will have guests from Riga and Helsinki.

To sign up, please send an email to Liina Kamm, kamm(at)ut.ee, by Friday 4 October 2013. In your email, please let us know whether you need transportation, and if you plan to arrive late or leave early.

Korraldatud transport: Tellitud bussid Sakale väljuvad reedel, 25.10. kl 12 Tallinnast Küberneetika Instituudi juurest ja Tartust Vanemuise alumisest parklast. Tagasi Tallinna ja Tartusse Sakalt pühapäeval, 27.10. kl 14.

Organized transportation: Chartered buses to Saka will depart Fri, 25 October at 12.00 from the Institute of Cybernetics in Tallinn and by the lower parking lot of Vanemuine in Tartu. Back to Tallinn and Tartu Sun, 27 October at 14.00
