The radar coverage calculation package ERM (Estonian Radar coverage Model) is an integrated tool of Estonian digital map, NUT system and a directory of radar models. This tool allows user to verify different sites as possible radar surveillance positions and to test how suitable different radar types for these positions are in different environmental situations.
This package is developed in co-operation with Estonian Defence Ministry, Borderguard, Lighthouse and
Hydrographics Department and Map Centre.
